LITA's Commitment

Inspiring creativity, nurturing talent, building confidence in young performers. We understand the unique needs of international schools and design our programmes to be inclusive, adaptable, and aligned with global curricula.

Our performing arts programmes are created to complement existing school provision while providing students with meaningful opportunities to grow artistically and personally.

They are proactive, professional and hugely creative. They got the best from our students, enabling those who lacked confidence, whilst stretching the gifted and talented, all whilst being a delight to work with.

Alongside his stage career, Noel has enjoyed considerable success on screen. He appeared as series regular Neil in the BBC drama Ordinary Lies, and his television credits also include Years and Years, the acclaimed Russell T Davies drama for the BBC.

Internationally, Noel originated the role of Seamus O’Rourke in the world premiere of Tiger Bay with Cape Town Opera in South Africa, before bringing the production to his home city of Cardiff for a run at the prestigious Welsh Millennium Centre.

Recent Off-West End work includes originating the roles of Mike in But I’m a Cheerleader and Donovan in Luke Sheppard’s new musical In Dreams.

A passionate educator and director, Noel is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of performers, sharing his wealth of industry experience and first-hand expertise. His recent directing credits include Legally Blonde and Fame the Musical for Wilkes Academy.

James has performed in many of the UK’s biggest West End, touring, and international productions, establishing a versatile career across stage and screen.

His theatre credits include Hairspray, Carmen, Strictly Ballroom, We Will Rock You, Dirty Dancing, Tango Modern, among many others. His film work includes being on of the main dancers in the Elton John biopic Rocketman and working as the skeleton crew for Disney’s Cruella.

Transitioning into the creative side of the industry, James has become a highly sought-after creative director and choreographer, working across some of the UK’s most high-profile television productions and theatrical projects. He has been Associate Choreographer on Britain’s Got Talent for the past five years and his television credits include choreographing for BBC’s Big Night of the Musicals, The Greatest Dancer, Strictly Come Dancing, and Dancing on Ice.

As an Associate Choreographer, some of James’s theatre credits include Ain’t Misbehavin’ (the Fats Waller musical revue), Kiss Me, Kate at the Watermill Theatre, the UK tour of The Cher Show and the brand new musical from Broadway, Clueless.
James created and choreographed a brand-new, sell-out tour for Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse titled I Am Here, culminating in a finale performance at the London Coliseum. Most recently, he has choreographed a new production of The Wizard of Oz. An in-demand teacher and mentor, James works regularly with many of the UK’s leading performing arts academies, as well as schools internationally. He is deeply passionate about developing emerging talent and takes great pride in now employing professional dancers and actors he has personally trained.
